Greetings,

In relation to any position, which is calling for the abilities of an experienced software engineer/developer, I have composed this list. The list is intended to accentuate the software engineer/technical abilities that I possess, and help employers to identify O’Donncaoa as a viable candidate for such a position within their software based organization.

• 8+ years development experience covering a wide range of distributed system design and development experience; application, middleware, messaging systems, embedded/realtime, database, web/n-tier systems

• Senior Software Engineer for 2 years who worked with a team of 5-9 software engineers during the development of a Carrier Grade Service Management System (SMS).

• 8+ years of Object Oriented software development/engineering experience

• 8+ years Data Modeling/Database design

• 8+ years of direct development experience with UNIX (Solaris, Digital Unix), Linux, VxWorks, Windows XP.

• Functioned for 2 years as a Software Engineer whose abilities where extended to include Systems Engineering abilities; identified required system capabilities, translated them into functional specifications, advanced the functional specifications to coded systems, etc.

• 8+ years of round trip Software Engineer experience; analysis, design, specification, coding, unit test, system test, delivery

• Worked for 2 years with engineering team to translate the result of the large network characterization analysis into a functionally coded software test base, which was used to progress the performance abilities of the product software system.

• Worked for 2 years, with engineering team to establish software engineering methodologies.

• 8 years of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) of architectures for distributed applications via current software engineering methodologies expressed in Unified Modeling Language (UML)

• 8+ years of direct development experience with C/C++ developing functional libraries, middleware, distributed applications

• 5 years of Java development experience

• 2 years of server side Java (J2EE) experience; servlets and Java Server Pages (JSP)

• 6 years development experience with graphical user interfaces (GUI) via TCL/TK, Java AWT/Swing, and Javascript

• 8+ years of multi-tier (n-tier) development experience

• 8+ years of system persistent storage (DBMS) schema analysis and design

• 6 years of web based systems design and development

• 8+ years of direct development experience with PERL (version 4 & 5)

• Development experience with GNU Apache, GNU Tomcat Servlet Engine, Sun J2EE 1.3 Development Platform (J2EE SDK 1.3), Nescape FasTrack & Microsoft IIS Web Servers, Inprise AppServer & Bluestone Saphire/Web Application servers
